(More customer reviews)I've been through a 8-week warranty return on the 28128EE2 Cell Fusion base unit and two 28101EE1 accessory handsets, and no joy. The first set purchased through Amazon didn't allow the extra handsets to register; I got an OUT OF RANGE message no matter what I tried. Tech support for RCA-Thompson urged me to send the defective units in for replacement, and when the new ones came in the problem was still the same. By now, I had exceeded the 30-day windows for product returns with the store I had bought them from, and I don't have any confidence that RCA will ever get this straightened out. I will be junking these and getting an XLINK Cellular Gateway instead, and never will buy another Thompson product again.
