(More customer reviews)I bought this unit to eliminate some clutter of cables running up to my LCD TV.Unfortunately, I ended up removing it because the unit will cause some pauses in the playback of sound.I used a DVI and an toslink cable to convert to HDMI.They image will reproduce without problems but the sound would be intermitent.
At first I though it could be the player, but I changed sources and it still caused intermitent audio playback when using the toslink connection.
I still need to test different cables, but to this date, my experience has been a bad one.
