(More customer reviews)This splitter isn't worth a penny.It looks and sounds great in the descriptions here, but it's a piece of junk.I wasn't able to get my cable modem or digital TV to work through it.The cable modem acted like it wasn't connected to anything, and the TV at least received some sort of digital signal, but it kept freezing and pixelating (like a scratched DVD), and the audio kept cutting in and out.

Take the splitter out of the circuit and wire directly to the TV: Works great.
Take the splitter out of the circuit and wire directly to the cable modem: Also works great.
Put the splitter back in:Garbage.

I compared it to an old splitter I had laying around that was only rated up to 950MHz, and that one at least worked for the digital cable, though the cable modem was still unresponsive.

I gave this splitter only one star for construction because it looks like it was assembled in somebody's garage.The back is SOLDERED on... one continuous solder joint encompassing all four sides of the back.Are you kidding me?

Worst product I've ever purchased on Amazon, hands-down.
