(More customer reviews)I was a little hesitant to order this product from the Amazon website due to all the mixed reviews. I then realized what was probably causing some of the confusion. The title of the product is "Genuine Laptop Charger AC Adapter for Dell...". If you click on the link to see all of the sellers, you'll find that about 90% of the sellers are selling aftermarket replacement chargers. The other 10% (at the time of my purchase) are selling genuine Dell chargers. The bad reviews that you'll read are from those who have received an aftermarket or "3rd party" charger.

I purchased my charger from "CST Mall" (their logo says Computer Solution Tech).At the time of my purchase, and while I right this review, they show in their description "*ORIGINAL GENUINE DELL / BRAND NEW / In Stock / Ready to Ship! (NOTE* THIS IS NOT 3rd, Replacement, High Quality or Fake) YOU ARE BUYING DELL ORIGINAL GENUINE PRODUCT!"

Other sellers who are not selling Genuine Dell brand chargers will state something like "Brand New Generic AC adapter PA-10 (19.5V 4.62A 90W). NOT DELL BRAND." or simply not state that it's a genuine dell product.

I received my order from CST Mall on time, and the product is as described, a genuine Dell charger. The most important thing you can do when purchasing this charger is read the description for each seller. This will tell you whether or not it's an actual Dell charger, or a 3rd party charger.
