(More customer reviews)The first thing I noticed is that it was very loud compared to my other laptop cool pad (no longer available or I would have bought another one, it still works great after 4 years), but it worked OK so I kept it. About 4 months later, one of the fans started screeching. If I lifted the laptop and tapped on it the noise would stop for a while, then start again. By the time I got annoyed enough to buy a new one, I noticed that one of the two fans had died completely. It was also the flimsiest plastic. All in all, good riddance.
