(More customer reviews)With all the negative reviews I've seen for this product, I can't believe no one has said anything like this. The Easycap is a GREAT product. For the price, you're getting more than what you've paid. No, the software does NOT crash constantly. If it does, it's your computer. It DOES record in color with clear sound, you just haven't adjusted the settings well. I hate seeing a negative review on a product when the negative is actually the user.
If you have any troubles with the product, go to youtube, look up some quality settings and follow them. You will have a great product.
