While a bigger screen size could be better for elderly, photos look excellent (800 X 600 resolution) and videos and music too. The ability of the camera to show digital media (photos, movies taken directly from a digital camera and the music mp3 files) immediately after plug-in a new external card is superb, u don't even need to turn-off the frame. So far the frame has performed very well and I don't see any issue with the frame. Package comes with three mats (black, gray and cream (off-white).
The power supply works with 120 - 240 Volts.
