(More customer reviews)I rated this item so low due to the customer service that was offered to my by the seller "Samsung Parts".The remote works very well as it is an original Samsung remote control. I would like to focus this review however on the seller. They displayed the wrong remote control on their Amazon add. I should have double checked the part number, but in my defense the picture they displayed was the remote I needed. I recieved the remote that I am reviewing. I called Samsung Parts customer service and explained the mix up. Their response; "we can put any picture we want on our ads". I asked if they had the remote that I actually wanted in stock and if so could I send this one back and have them ship me the other. Their response, "of course, but were going to charge you a restocking fee and then charge you for the new one". So... lets talk numbers. The original remote I bought was roughly $20 plus $5 to ship totalling $25. They wanted to charge me a $15 restocking fee and make me pay for shipping and in addition make me buy the alternate remote. They would not budge at all. I asked them if they believed in customer service? Their response, "we're in the buisness of makeing money, do you want to send back your remote or not?" I said that I would not buy from them ever again and would make mention of their lack of professionalism in a review. Their response, "Sir, I feel that you should not buy anything from us in the future seeing as how you are unhappy with how we do buisness". Enough said. Please don't support companies like this. In my opinion Amazon should remove them from conducting buisness on their site.
