(More customer reviews)After spending a couple of hours and lots of research on the Internet, I did not figure out how to get the keyboard to print the Japanese Letters.Tech support from the seller was very good in that they assisted me in setting up my computer for Japanese language.However, the Japanese letter keyboard served no purpose what so ever as the Japanese language application translates the regular keyboard into Japanese letters/characters.I switched back to my regular keyboard.The cost of the keyboard with Japanese characters was a waste of money for me.
